Complimentary nurse-led preventive health seminars for qualifying community groups.
Family health history is the most personal topic in any health talk. Members hear themselves in every example, and they hear the people they love. It’s the conversation people have been waiting to have with someone who can actually answer their questions.
Family health history feels personal from the first slide. The room leans in because the subject matter is already on everyone’s mind, even before Adriana opens her mouth.
Grounded in current USPSTF, American Cancer Society, and American Heart Association guidelines. Delivered by a clinician who sees patients all week.
Every attendee leaves with the specific questions to bring to their next primary care visit, organized by their family history.
